"Very good and satisfying. The facilities are complete, from a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, to even swimming goggles being provided. The location is also not far from the city center. However, the elevator can get a bit crowded during check-out times."

"This is truly the most thoughtful and attentive hotel I've stayed in recently. The facilities are excellent, fully equipped with every amenity imaginable (hair dryer, garment steamer, microwave, fridge...), I even spotted a curling iron, haha! The hygiene was superb; the room was spotless and tidy, and the projector in the living room made our evenings with friends incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to our wonderful hostess for her exceptional care and immense help during our trip to Penang. She took us out and treated us to delicious durian, took us to climb Penang Hill, and when she learned I liked the snacks in the room but didn't know where to buy them, she discreetly left a generous stash for me where we stored our luggage. She is truly wonderful, incredibly caring, and genuinely thoughtful. I highly recommend everyone to experience this! It truly felt like being cared for by family while away from home. So grateful ☺️. (It's a shame I didn't take photos of the room, so you'll just have to experience it for yourselves. It will definitely exceed your expectations!)"

"I would hv given it 10/10 if only the smell in the bathroom can be eliminated. I have to settle for 9.5/10. Maybe can use those drainage foam cleaner to clean the water drainage outlet. But the overall unit we stayed was very clean. Have all the amenities even for children ( board games) and a baby crib. It is muslim friendly with the sejadah, telekung provided and separate utensils labeled for muslim guest usage. Another quirks a little confusing is the AI careline bot which says can retrieve the access card from mail room but then approached the reception at lobby they already hv the access card with them. Maybe can fine tune the check in process. Anyway, it is a good place to stay and recommended."

"Booked this great value-for-money hotel in Penang for the Chinese New Year holidays, and my entire family absolutely loved it! 👍 The 11th floor has a free swimming pool and a basketball court, which kept the kids entertained and made it perfect for a family getaway. The room was newly renovated, clean, and tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It's also conveniently located close to all the local attractions by taxi. The hotel proactively added us on WeChat the day before check-in to provide directions, and any issues we had were promptly resolved. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍"

"We have great stay here . Everything provide by house owner so we dont have buy other stuff separately (brush/shampoo etc). Also the unit also very clean & aesthetic. The sea view from our room also very beautiful. Price also cheaper compare to other unit . Worth our stay ! Thank you 😍❤️ Will surely repeat again."

"The stay was overall quite good. The location is nice, the environment is comfortable, and the host is friendly and helpful. But the main issue is the lift during check-out time. The host already informed us to check out 1 hour earlier to avoid long waiting time, and we did follow. However, we still waited about 30 minutes and no lift came. In the end, we had no choice but to walk down many floors using the stairs just to reach the parking and take our car. It was very inconvenient and tiring. Overall, the stay was okay, but the lift situation really affected the experience."

"Great location n the place is very well kept n clean. Nicely done n well provided with supplies in the unit. Customer service was very responsive n quick. Love the view from the unit. Convenient with minimart downstairs. Only setback is that the swimming pool is not clean."
