Phu Quoc Island Hotels with Water Park

"The hotel is located in the south part of Phu Qoc Island. There's nothing around the hotel but 10 mins walk, there's mini market for restaurants and massage places, not bad!! I did a massage there, cheap and good quality ~ happy! The hotel room is big and with a big balcony. The breakfast is acceptable level. The beach, swimming pool are nice. Overall it's acceptable level with the price I paid."

"If you are planning a trip to Phu Quoc, location is the first thing you need to understand. The island is essentially split into two hubs: the South (home to Sunset Town and the famous cable car) and the North (home to the Vinpearl complex). The airport sits conveniently in the middle. The Wyndham Grand is situated firmly in the North, making it a prime choice if you want easy access to the island's massive entertainment districts. Here is a breakdown of my recent stay. The Location & Connectivity The Wyndham’s greatest strength is its integration into the ”Vinpearl” ecosystem. Seamless Access: The hotel is physically attached to the Corona Casino and the Radisson Blu, creating a large, walkable mini-city. The Shuttle System: This is a lifesaver. The hotel provides regular shuttles to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World. You don't need to worry about Grab or taxis to see the North's main attractions. Dining & Facilities I would describe the Wyndham Grand as an above-average 5-star resort. It feels grand and well-maintained. The Buffet: One of the highlights was the breakfast spread. It was high quality, but more importantly, it offered a significant variety of Halal options, which can sometimes be hard to find in Vietnam. Height Requirement FYI: Just a heads-up for families—most of the major rides at the nearby parks have a minimum height requirement of 140cm. It’s not a critique of the hotel, but definitely something to keep in mind so the kids aren't disappointed! Service: The ”Mixed Bag” This is where the experience faltered slightly. While the reception and room service teams were decent, professional, and understanding, the general floor staff lacked that ”5-star” intuition. Right of Way: In most top-tier luxury hotels, staff are trained to yield to guests. Here, I frequently found staff members cutting in front of guests or walking directly in their path rather than stepping aside. Grumpiness: There was a noticeable lack of warmth from some team members who seemed a bit ”over it.” The Breakfast Rush: The most frustrating moment occurred during breakfast, the staff began clearing napkins, sugar, and table settings 15 mins before end while we were still seated and eating. It felt rushed and frankly unpolished for a resort of this caliber. Similar was the case with the internal buggy. The staff would just shrug rather than guide. Would I stay here again? Yes, primarily for the convenience and the food. However, if you are looking for that seamless, ”invisible” 5-star service where you feel pampered, you might find the staff's approach here a bit jarring. It’s a great ”utility” luxury hotel, but it hasn't quite mastered the finer points of hospitality yet."

"I traveled with my family of 6 adults and 1 child. Originally, I booked the wrong date, so I chose this hotel as an alternative. However, when checking in, my whole family had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get our room, and the lobby was full of mosquitoes. When we finally got the room, we were told that we would receive a better quality room the next day if we paid a higher amount and received a refund for the initial difference. The next day, we had a good time playing, and before leaving, I messaged the hotel in advance to arrange the room change. Yet, I had to wait over an hour again just to get the room, and to make matters worse, the room was smaller than the original one and had a lot of ants, which left my family and me quite disappointed. The only positive was that the owner helped us go back to the old room to find lost items, and lastly, the hotel said they would refund the difference, but I still haven't received any refund to this day!"

"I initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport, a quick 10-minute drive, which was perfect for catching my noon flight the next day and still getting some extra sleep. On the flip side, its location is a bit secluded; a taxi ride to the night market and King Kong supermarket took about 25 minutes. Although I had kept my expectations low after reading some reviews prior to booking, I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The service, especially, truly exceeded all expectations. On a really hot day, as soon as we stepped out of the car, staff were already there with umbrellas and promptly helped us with our luggage. The only minor issue was the abundance of mosquitoes by the swimming pool, which forced us to cut our swim short and quickly leave. They also provided a complimentary airport transfer on our departure day. Highly recommended if you're looking for a convenient stay before an early flight."

"I just returned to Phu Quoc and tried Gallery Hillside Hotel Phu Quoc, I must say that after going, I still see the feeling of like 😄 The first impression is that the staff is very pleasant. Not the kind of welcoming, but really friendly talking, anything is clearly explained, quick support. Just arrived but I felt comfortable, not as lonely or shy as some other places. The room is the right type of looking at what you want to lie down. Clean, tidy, everything is quite new. The light in the room is beautiful, when you open the curtains during the day, you can see the outside quite chill. The type of without going far, just staying in the room, you can feel relaxing. I am a vacation type and like the feeling of ”staying quiet and happy”, this place is really right. The design of the hotel also has a taste, not a big tea. The corners around take pictures look good, not homeless. Going around in the hotel is also pleasant. What I like another thing is how they run. The kind of thing is slippery — what it needs to be called yes, no need to wait long or remind it back and forth. The small things such as cleaning the room or support are also quite neat, not annoying. The location is also good, traveling to some places to play in Phu Quoc is not too far. So if you just want to relax and go out, it's ok. In general, this trip I was quite surprised because I didn't expect too much at first. But after staying, I found this is the type of hotel that I am willing to come back. It's not a luxury or awful, but it gives a comfortable and comfortable feeling, but when going on vacation, that's the most important thing. Who is looking for a place in Phu Quoc that wants to be beautiful, chill, and the service is stable, I think you should try this place 👍"

"Excellent apartment, location, view, floor – everything is perfect. Upon check-in, the manager was incompetent, and I had to chase him down. We recommend having internet access and contacting the owners directly. When contacting the owners via messenger, all questions regarding the availability of kitchen utensils, hangers, and other household issues were resolved immediately. Thank you very much for your promptness. Advice to the owners: you should talk to the manager about how he handles check-in, as he doesn't offer anything to guests. Guests are responsible for resolving any issues that arise. The floors certainly need to be cleaned, and a mop should be purchased for guests' convenience. Overall, we highly recommend these apartments; the owners are great and help resolve all issues. We were very satisfied; we had a wonderful vacation, watching the fireworks every day."
