Es war für uns die beste und günstigste Möglichkeit einer kurzfristigen Unterkunft.

It was fairly basic but clean and was suffice. The staff were very nice and welcoming, a bit expensive though, €155 for me and my child for one night. Would stay there again without hesitation but will look for a better deal.

basic hotel good for one night passing through waterford. has no food or anything but restaurants are within walking distance

Cold,tv not working,appeared to be a lot of immigrant guests occupying convenient rooms.Inflexible staff.

very poor. very cold. the heater did not work. the television did not work. the staff could not even operate the remote control. no telephone. A frayed old torn chair. ONE chair for 2 people. staff said they would sort it out straight away. they did not I had to chase them up the next day

We always use travelodge but will never use travelodge again based on this experience. We had a genuine query based on a personal emergency and the member of staff on the phone hung up after he had had his say, there was nothing helpful in his reply when we discussed with him how accomdating booking. Com were actually being and we needed to cancel our booking, he dismissed us again, also rudely pointed at the check in time sign instead of talking to us. It feels dirty and unkempt here and un welcoming. Management on duty have been rude and talking about us loudly to other staff rather than showing a professional tone and setting a good example to staff and respecting us as customers who weren't disrespectful in any way.
