Prima "rustig" hotel met net personeel. Sommige kamers zijjn wat gedateerd, maar zijn zeker niet achterstallig. Prima schoonmaak. Restaurant had een goede kaart en een leuke bar.

Un séjour catastrophique ! A Very bad stay !
The room website photos are not representative of the reality. The rooms in the main building à tired and dated. Chambres vieilles et usées. Photos en ligne trompeuses.
The room heating was inadequate for a very cold night.
The ceiling bulb in the bathroom was not working.
The shower head was not properly working.
The water in the bath tub was emptying very fast, within 6 minutes, impossible to have a bath.
Crazy amount of non stop hammering, banging noise at around 7 am coming from the floor above ? We were on vacation, impossible to stay in bed !!!!
It was the very worst hotel experience we have had in years. La pire expérience hôtelière depuis des années.
L’hôtel devrait avoir la courtoisie de nous rembourser.
The hotel should have the courtesy to reimburse us the one night stay !!

Vriendelijke medewerkers die helaas geen Nederlands spreken. Mooi restaurant,maar helaas was niet alles op de menukaart aanwezig. De kamer was erg gedateerd en douchen in het bad is niet meer van deze tijd en voor ouderen ook erg gevaarlijk. De kamers waren erg gehorig. Jammer van zo leuk gebouw.

Hotel zag er van buiten erg mooi uit, binnen de begane grond ziet mooi uit. Echter de slaapkamer die wij hadden op de eerste verdieping leek wel ergens anders vandaan te komen! Erg oud vergelijken met de rest van hotel. Wij vonden het voor een dinsdag avond erg onrustig kwa geluid. Leek wel of er ergens een feestje was. Ontbijt was prima.

Kamers (extern gedeelte) een beetje doorleefd. Erg slechte geïsoleerd, dus best oordopjes meenemen... wel vriendelijk. Al bij al een redelijke ervaring maar zeker geen wow effect. Kamers ook niet echt proper daar er plekken op het tapijt te zien zijn...

Great hotel. It’s easy to get to and from Brussels and then to be able to tour the Waterloo field was so convenient. Hotel services were great. Beds were comfortable. We did not try the restaurants so we can not comment. It had great free parking which was appreciated.

als trouwe van der valk fan zeker 35 jaar komen wij al in hun hotels is dit geen van der valk waardig hotel. de standaardkamers zijn erg gedateerd en zeer klein voor 2 personen. de kamers zijn ook in een ander gebouw dit word niet aangegeven bij de site of boeking. diner weinig keus en super duur. goedkoopste stukje vlees is 36 euro.

I definitely recommend a stay in this hotel. It offers an excellent quality in all aspects at an excellent price. The rooms are new, modern and clean. The restaurant offers also an excellent choice in food and wine.
