Only shear blind on window. Called the front desk and they did not offer to remedy the issue or seem to care.

room temperature was terrible and the corner suite was freezing cold. We were not allowed to adjust the temperature in our room. Pictures of the suite on Travelocity is not accurate. It showed room with king bed and room with 2 doubles; they only have suites with 1 king bed in each bedroom.

Our TV did not work upon check in and despite our requests to have it looked at no one even came into the room during the day while we were out. Nice hotel but customer service was definitely lacking.

Excellent spot and comfortable. Addition of BBQ restaurant in building is a plus. Hailie at the front desk was awesome and helped me get somethings printed out for an important meeting. I'll be back.,
