Hotel at the top, very good mark of quality when it comes to a novotel. Splendid breakfast, we were surprised by the presence of a machine on the left! The quality of the squeezed orange juice is also excellent.
The very modern room, the bedding is perfect, beautiful and modern bathroom, only small downside, the rest of the soap from the former occupants.
Very large TV with many French-speaking channels.

Pros: hotel rooms well appointed, and communal areas are spacious and modern. Cons: no evening food available, and were challenged when ordering food for delivery. When we arrived in the morning prior to our day at Walibi Belgium theme park, we asked at the reception desk whether there would be food served in the evening. The staff advised it was likely a buffet would be available. When returning to check in at 6:30pm, the staff told us no food was available. We went to our room, which was clean and well appointed, and returned to the bar area to order drinks and sit outside in the garden area. We then ordered pizza to be delivered. When the pizza arrived, bar staff/reception staff attempted to challenge us and say we had to eat it in our room and not outside. We advised that because there was no food available as previously advised, we wanted to eat our pizza with the drinks we had ordered and paid for. We were then told to take the packaging to our room as they were unable to dispose of it. For a chain hotel which is not at the bottom of the Accor chain, I am appalled there is no evening food availability and staff challenge guests when ordering food in. Despite the great rooms and pleasant communal area, food is a basic amenity that should be available or, at the very least, notified in advance not to be available.

Un hôtel parfaitement bien situé pour allez visiter Bruxelles, un espace pour les enfants, une grande terrasse et une piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'entretien est juste parfait. Tout le personnel est souriant, accueillant et serviable. Un grand parking à disposition gratuitement. Si nous revenons en Belgique. Nous revenons.

Very disappointed in that I have stayed here many times even before it became a Novotel and it has gone down hill over the years. It advertises as having a restaurant, which it does have but now no longer opens in the evening only for breakfast which for such an expensive hotel is ridiculous.

L hôtel est bien situé pour aller à Walibi et est propre. La déco moderne. le personnel accueillant et la literie confortable . Par contre, les chambres sont mal insonorisées, les banquettes dans les chambres peu confortables et la restauration est catastrophique. Pas de restaurant à proprement dit. Pour le dîner vous aurez le droit à du snacking surgelé. Pour le petit déjeuner, c est juste inacceptable particulièrement par manque de personnel j imagine. Les denrées ne sont pas rechargées ou alors après de nombreuses relances et un long temps d attente. Plus de croissants, plus de pain, pas de lait ou de yaourts ou de fromage blanc. Des panckakes encore froid et des confitures toutes vides. Plus de jus de fruit. Tout ça pour 21€ ! Sans compter des tables qui ne sont pas débarrassées. Alors 1 fois c est déjà pas normal mais 2 matins de suite sur 2 petits déjeuner, cela questionne. Bref, je ne comprends pas où est le standing dit d un 4 étoiles. Le personnel fait ce qu il peut mais est clairement en sous effectif. Avec un réceptionniste qui sert également le bar, cela démontre bien le sous effectif de l établissement

Nice NOVOTEL "of the slightly worn type" (where the price is too high if you also consider the location and that there is only one breakfast restaurant (Hotel garni). Friendly and helpful staff. who unfortunately make granite bacon so you have to have good teeth! ! ;0)

2 nuits pour visiter Bruxelles, Walibi et Aqualibi (abonnés annuels). Accueil excellent , literie idem, chambre propre et petit déjeuner très bon . Seul bémol, j'ai appelé la veille pour demander si l'upgrade de Supérieur en Exécutive (avec donc minibar et peignoirs inclus) avec un supplément bien sûr. Hors à l'arrivée la chambre était toujours en Supérieur. Au téléphone, la personne était peut-être débordée, mais sinon pas grave.
