The fitness center needs a good cleaning 1 treadmill did not turn on Other one belt was worped

The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean. The towels and linens were gleaming white. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that wasn't great was the pool...it was foggy. It was fine to swim in, but did not look overly inviting.

The BW Watertown is our goto destination when shopping and visiting upstate NY. The hotel is very clean and has staff that cares. Ryan at the front desk is very cheerful and helpful on check-in. The location is great, only a hour from Syracuse if you plan to shop there it's a easy drive. Beds are good and the hotel is quiet at night (have stayed 8 times in past year and this has been our experience). Thanks again to the staff at BW Watertown in making our trips comfortable.

Older but well maintained. Baths are small and lack electrical outlets. Staff was great and rooms were good!

Toilet was not working in room and was reported to the staff which did not get fixed for the duration of our stay.

The only reason I’m giving it a three is for the amazing staff, otherwise this hotel really needs good cleaners and remodel! Our hotel room smelt really bad of smoke. The carpets were stained badly. Our tv didn’t work , the phone was busted and not plugged in( was a pain having to keep going to the front desk to get assistance ) we had a bed skirt missing off one of the beds. Our ceiling looked like a jigsaw puzzle with all the patch work done. We weren’t aware that you had to tell the hotel to clean our room. We came back to the room the way it was left. So we went down to get towels and coffee refills for the machine. The towels were horrible . So warn out and used it was awful. HOWEVER, the staff did everything positive to help . Although the converter for the tv wasn’t working atleast he fixed the tv so it was watchable . They gave us a credit for the phone and bedskirt. ( we didn’t want to look like we did it so we reported it) gave us fresh towels , better than the first set! I could go on but Best Western get on it and fix this hotel for employees and visitors!

I had to deal with blood stains hair and cockroaches, and an awful smell in my bedroom. Don’t even dare go take a swim in the pool the bottom of the pool make you feel like you’re gonna fall through it. There is also mold and mildew all around the pool area, if you are looking to get high off of chlorine or a headache, I do not recommend I do not recommend for anyone to stay here
