Friendly, great price. No more than 3 star, but a place to stay in Watertown.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and alo when we entered the room the temperature was at 78F and it hit us like a ton of bricks. We turned down the thermostat on the heater to 70 and despite that it was still 74 when we got up and the heater kept going on all night.

This stay surprised me. We really enjoyed our stay. Great value. What we liked: - Free breakfast - Free Parking - Spacious bathroom - Renovated room - Comfortable beds - Friendly staff - Pet friendly!! Located near the interstate and Salmon Run Mall, Target, Walmart, etc.

Good stay except for the shower curtain that had been cut off too short and let water onto the floor along tub when showering. We asked for a different one on the second day of our six day stay, and the front desk said it would be changed. It wasn’t changed, so my wife used some extra yarn and tied pieces to the grommets at the top to extend the curtain. That worked great. That was the only complaint we had for this stay.

We had booked this hotel because of the possibility of an indoor swimming pool and on the site it was not mentioned that the swimming pool was closed so we were very disappointed for that

When I reserved, I Speciffically asked about the pool, as it was important for my Granddaughters, and when we checked in, we saw a SIGN that the pool was NOT IN OPERATION!! I checked other hotel's in the area, and there was NO vacancy since it was the same day! If Another hotel was available,I would have gladly gave up the fee for my room!! SEVERLY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT INN!~ DO NOT trust them!!!! On top of that,I had to work on the toilet constant running MYSELF!!!
