Hotel was great for an overnight stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was good! Would stay again and recommend to others!

Check in & out was easy. My main complaint was the noise. Walls are paper-thin & we heard the people next door very clearly. They left around 4am so that woke me up. The hotel was less than 5% full so why not put everyone a few doors apart. Lots of road noise too. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate. Grab bars in the shower would have been nice. Breakfast was fine & well stocked. My husband loved the pancake making machine. We'll stay elsewhere next time we're in Watertown.

It should be stated that when I stayed, there was below 0 temps happening. I arrived early, they checked me in. Painless and hassle free.
Got the room. Clicked the remote. No joy, something was wrong. Called front desk, and he came up right away to fix issue. New remote, I’m a happy person.
Next morning, took advantage of the breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagel and coffee. Everything was great, hot and filling.
The room was perfect. Heater was put to good use due to sub zero temperatures.
I don’t usually sleep well in hotels. Any hotel. Not their fault, it’s me (not you). I slept better here, than anywhere else.
In conclusion, this exceeded my expectations in every way.

The property is well situated, but is in utter disrepair. The hallways are not well ventilated or heated, and they smell very damp and disgusting. The rooms are also not well ventilated or heated/cooled. The lighting is terrible. It took over 30 mins to check-in because there is only one employee at the property and she was doing laundry when we arrived. So, we had to wait after a long day of driving in the lobby for the host/cleaning lady to greet us. That's not her fault. That's the fault of a greedy owner. The breakfast is the worst. The bed was ok.
