For the price it was amazing stay being able to cook a meal aswell and have everything you need was clean the staff where brilliant was in great location

Really nice apartment, very comfortable large bed. Friendly check in staff. Great amenities as it's part of the Holiday Inn. Marked down due to how insanely hot it is. We were on the 7th floor and the moment you come out of the lift it's like walking into a sauna. We stayed after the recent heatwave so God knows how it was then. Each room has a huge boiler in a cupboard and the air con doesn't work. They provide fans but blows heat around. The thermostat was reading 32 degrees at 9pm with two windows wide open. We did mention this to the very nice lady at check out and she said they're getting air con units in, but guests will have to pay to hire them which is kind of cheeky I feel.

A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin

I was quite disappointed with the state of the room I had stayed in. It was like I had booked a budget b&b. There was a big water stain on the ceiling, a big cracked glass in one of the windows and the door lock for the room was missing a cover for a manual key so my partner did not feel very safe as she kept thinking someone could put a key in the lock and open the door. A big let down that the rooms have not been maintained to the level that they should be. Definitely not value for money.

I stayed here before and returned because my first experience was fine - but this time it turned into a complete disappointment. I requested to cancel my reservation almost a month in advance. *********** confirmed that the refund decision is entirely up to the property, and they even sent the property a recommendation to issue the refund. Instead of giving any clear answer, the property told me to “contact ***********,” even though *********** clearly stated that the property itself must make the decision. In the end, I was sent back and forth with no result. The property ignored multiple messages, provided no explanation, and showed zero willingness to communicate or resolve the situation. For a returning customer, this attitude was extremely disappointing. £300 seems to be more important to them than their reputation - and that says everything. I cannot recommend these apartments. If anything goes wrong with your booking, you will be left without support or responsibility from the property.

Stayed here a couple of time & is always a delight, staff super accommodating, space always spotless & facilities include everything you would need for short stay.
