Highly recommended to business travellers. Good friend reception and working staff. Great place to say in.

Have stayed here several times but pretty disappointed this time that the room wasn’t cleaned, not even the bins emptied for a 3 days stay.

Stayed here 9th May, and overnight was terrible. The constant noise from upstairs literally all night was ridiculous - creaking loudly, banging, dropping things! Sounded like either the hotel team where doing something or a guest that wasn't there to sleep overnight - I stay away a lot with work, but this is one place to avoid. ‘Hot’ breakfast cold (was down at 7.20 am) - so pretty poor overall. Plus side good parking, evening meal was ok, but wouldn't recommend - highly avoid (have stayed in a high number of premier inns over the years and most are ok - felt compelled to write how bad this one was..)

Good location, 7 mins to Watford high st station. Easy access of M1 too. You can go Euston on that train in 50 mins or go to Watford junction (3 mins train ride) and get a quick train in 20mins to Euston. Parking easy on site, pay after your stay. Breakfast plentiful, better going early as second day we were later and some stuff had run out. Room as you’d expect, simply check in. We tried for early check in for £10 and were told no rooms available- we arrived 11.30 Stay all really helpful and visible. High st has loads of shops / restaurants as you’d expect. We stayed as our base to London.

Came up to Watford for a friend's party, was stayed in a family room, was clean and comfortable, but great location, good breakfast. No complaints.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Watford Central hotel on 25th and 26th April, to attend a wedding at Bhaktivedanta Manor, Watford. As usual, I found the facilities at the hotel and my room excellent. The location was perfect for reaching the wedding venue. But, in particular, I would like to mention the excellent service provided by your staff. In particular, Mr Faisal Shaikh on Reception. He was friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. I had a small query with the booking I had made - he dealt with this promptly and efficiently. I considered the service level at the hotel to be exemplary. Thank you for another very comfortable stay!

The receptionist was coughing throughout check-in and wouldn’t make eye contact. Room was freezing. ‘Controller’ on the wall was fake: there’s no air conditioning to control. Room more like NHS accommodation than a hotel. I walked out….
