Location is excellent as next to ferry pier. A cozy little hotel and facility looks quite new and staff are frienly. We had drinks and food at the outdoor restaurant with good scenery. Just need to note house keeping services is not available 24 hours, so ask early if you need extra amenities!

I recently stayed at this beautiful little hotel - I had asked for an early check-in and luckily for me this was ready when I arrived. I had chosen a Harbour King room & it had an absolutely beautiful view right out over Watsons Bay. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and the bathroom was very luxe with beautiful products. My girlfriends had taken a loft room which was very spacious & well-equipped and with a lovely balcony looking out over the park, perfect for our glass of bubbly pre-dinner. Parking was a breeze with the dedicated parking lot. Room service was quick & delicious. The Continental breakfast was very light but okay, the coffee was good. The hotel has a lovely fragrance and I couldn't resist buying a candle & body wash when I checked out, I just wish now I had bought more. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, ready to assist with whatever we wanted. Indeed they had reached out a couple of days before my stay to see if there was anything I specifically wanted or needed. Chelsea, Eimear & Ben all deserve a special mention but everyone was wonderful. One drawback was the raucous music playing over the loudspeakers in the outside restaurant/bar area, the very reason I had room service as my room of course being at the front of the hotel for the amazing view looked out over this area. Even with the balcony door closed it was loud. It really should be set to background music level so you can hear yourself think rather than at concert stadium level. Fortunately it tapered off in the late afternoon. That said, my visit was wonderful, the room great, and the staff lovely so I would happily recommend a stay here.

It’s not cheap but quite stunning. The room is spectacular. The eatery and bar/garden are wonderful even if packed in the evening. Great staff. Continental breakfast rather average but altogether a great experience especially as the location with adjacent walks is spectacular

Property was very old and run down. Overdue for renovations. Staff was excellent. Couldn’t access our room on one night due to batteries going dead in the electronic key lock
