Un hôtel réservé à l'avance par l'entreprise sans action de ma part. Tout de même un gage de tranquillité en connaissant le groupe ACCOR. Un établissement qui mériterait une petite mise à jour en termes de rénovation. Par contre, gros point positif une restauration possible le soir avec un personnel avenant et de qualité, donc un presque sans faute. Merci

Hotel well located in the heart of Roubaix. Room ok. Restaurant ok (flammenkush). Very friendly service. Welcome ok. Clean room. Quiet. Breakfast ok. A perfect hotel for business stopovers. Proximity to Grand Place metro station

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

There are no towels to dry your hands. The heating does not work adequately. That is, it doesn't heat well. The beds are very bad, they look like armchairs with sheets. It's a shame for the all Acor chain. Thank you
