Just a one night stop. Checked in about 6p. Clerk was friendly enough. Lobby and breakfast area look inviting. Unfortunately, I left before the start of breakfast. Didn't use the pool but stopped to look - clean with seating area. Also have a guest laundry area.

Staff was amiable and helpful. Room was basic and clean. Pool was NOT available and snow removal was very poor - inconvenient and even dangerous.

Asked for an extra towel to use as hair wrap, was denied because a dirty towel was needed for exchange. Had to explain to front counter that towel was extra not replacement. Told would be extra charge if not all 4 towels were not found when checking out. Needed an extra set of sheets, request denied. Hotel didn't have any extra. Ironing board cover needed replacement. Shower head sprayed everywhere. Needed replacement. basic necessities. Nothing extravagant and customer service, nothing special also.

The manager is rude to certain people, he’s very rude and judgmental! He made our last days there very UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPLEASANT! After being there over a month! The 3rd shift “Smith “ is very polite and friendly.
