No complaints about the hospitality and fromt end service from Mr. Mann and Jayson. Cordial and polite as always. However, being short staffed shows as the hallway caroets need more frquent vacuuming and my room had coffee stains on the counter, a left over water in the fridge, and only one tiny garbage can in my suite. I did receive a free upgrade so no complaints there either. Overall a good staybatvthe GrandStay. Be kind as these overworked individuals are trying to make your visit the best ot can be.
