This "hotel" is deplorable. It is run down and dirty. The staff doesn't seem to care or know what customer service is. We reported smelling propane and they acted like we were crazy. There was no internet during our stay another thing that did not seem to bother the staff. The gym is outdated and seems to be used by community members and not just hotel guests. There was hair all over the bathroom and "clean" towels. There were splash marks in odd places on the walls and all over the bathroom. Don't use the stairs, there is trash all over and it feels like a death trap.I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again.

Property dirty and needs a lot of work. Holes in the walls, carpet very dirty and you couldn’t even see out the windows bc they were so dirty.

I called ahead of time and spoke with someone from Ramada to confirm that the pool had the water slides and was fully open. They confirmed it was. They, however, were not and likely never will be. My kids like the tiny arcade room, however the hotel over all is in pretty bad shape and our room did NOT have a lock or deadbolt on the door, which does not feel safe when you’re a mom traveling solo with your kids. I’m also a fairly light sleeper but the adjoining room had their bathroom fan running which was INCREDIBLY loud. Plus the lights outside are quite bright and the curtains do not work to block the light. So none of us slept well.

The window had a bullet hole through it. Then it was covered with plastic with dead bugs in it. The heater roared when it came on. The shower is little larger than the toilet. People (the pigs) had dropped chips and garbage in the hallways that wasn't picked up.
