It was just right for what we needed at the time- a place to sleep and get ready while visiting an ill relative in town. The room was clean- nothing fancy. It appeared that the pool was open, however, we didn't utilize it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations because it fulfilled our need for something inexpensive yet safe and clean. We would stay there again if we return to Waupaca.

They advertise a hot tub and pool. The pool is dirty and the hot tub is closed. The carpeting in rooms was soiled as well as furniture .
The free breakfast was a choice of 2 cereals , coffee and juice.

Rooms were clean enough. The "breakfast" was laughable. Overall the place is dated and could use some updating. The hottub was not functioning. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, our room number 123 the floor is caving in. Trying to go to sleep and very noisy people at the pool table and the staff said nothing. Definitely won’t return.

WiFi was spotty and slow - that was my only issue.
Otherwise, it was a normal budget hotel with friendly staff and easy access right off the highway.

Filthy walls and floors. Looked like blood and grease spatters on wall. Fridge did not work. People apparently LIVE there. Saw a couple of people in the premises walking around high.

Stayed inside by the pool, clean safe and comfortable. Staff was very proficient, great place for the price.
