Holiday Inn Farnborough

Nice experience. No complaints at all. Will stay again.

Easy booking and check in. Room was great and clean. Had a fridge and other nice touches.

I cannot fault my stay at Holiday Inn at all. The staff and the service was fantastic. The staff were all very pleasantly efficient and utterly professional. I had a full English breakfast every morning and it was made more enjoyable with the glorious service of the wonderful Rosie, Izabela, Roshmi, Lottie and Mia. I highly recommend anyone who appreciates being appreciated - Holiday Inn Farnborough is the place to be.

Check in was smooth and quick, we arrived at our rooms which were clean and comfortable. We were given 1 drink token per evening for the duration of our stay which was a lovely touch. Breakfast the next day was great, plenty to choose from, lovely friendly staff, Rosie was particularly attentive to the guests. We booked a table in the restaurant for our evening meal after the races, the bus was late leaving Ascot and we thought we had lost our table, this was not the case. The young lady who was working told us no problem just come after we had gotten out of our finery. I ordered the pizza which was delicious. 2nd bar token for another drink and off to bed after a very long enjoyable day. Up for breakfast before our long drive back up to the north east. Same items on the menu, although the attentive Rosie was not on duty. I was sat near the doors, when a member of the waiting staff banged the back of my chair whilst trying to open the doors, which she managed to do!! Neither me or the guy behind were asked if it was OK. That door leads out onto a very busy roundabout, a full English and car fumes don`t mix. So I closed the door immediately. This was unfortunate, but that 1 member of staff didn't damper our lovely stay. Well done

If I could provide this hotel with a gold star, then I would.. I want to thank each and every member of staff for their contribution towards making our 'extended' stay a wonderful experience.. The following are just a few people that I have had the pleasure of meeting during our stay (apologies if I have forgotten anyone and apologies for any mis-spellings!) :- Orion, Katie, Cynnoe, Raz, Lottie, Liberty, Lily, Angela, Graham, Rosie, Rachel, Irena, Sri, Isabella, Linda, Alla and Roshmi. And thank you to all of the housekeeping, food & beverage and reception team (apologies, I am not sure of all names!).. I can only say a VERY big thank you..
