Rooms E136 and E138 clean and comfortable. Friendly staff ready to help and fulfil our needs; Special thanks to Peter, Aliza, Leidy, and the ladies that kept the rooms spotless. The food is delicious!

We were in town for the Borscht Belt Festival and stayed at Honors Haven, the former Fallsview Hotel. We were not sure what to expect but we’re happily pleased. The hotel was immaculately clean with a crisp modern decor. The pools were sparklingly wonderful and the grounds were beautifully manicured. The staff were all very friendly and our room had nicely updated furniture. Another thing we liked was that although the resort is family friendly with many activities to enjoy (we were even invited to a bonfire by the hotel last night), there are certain areas like the gym and jacuzzi that are reserved for adults being 18 and Over Only. We enjoyed Honors Haven so much that the only reason we are not rating the property as a “5” is because we wish the bar and lounge were open for guests and the hot water in the bathrooms didn’t work, never getting above tolerably warm. Otherwise we really enjoyed having the “Catskill Resort experience”. We really wish this property success and are definitely planning on coming back just for the sake of coming to the resort soon!

This is a tough one, I'd give the property and activities a 5, the service a 5, and the building, food, and rooms a 3. The property is stunning, beautiful in every direction. There's surprisingly extensive hiking on the property, you really don't need to leave - great things to see. Loved the smores fire pit, my family loved the zipline, tennis, and pools. The building needs an update, the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The food isn't fantastic but it's not terrible, it's sort of adequate. For some reason the coffee is amazing. The rooms are the weakness. They're clean, well maintained, could use a little update, and a decent size, with stunning views. None of the doors (external to hall or internal to bathroom) go all the way to the floor, and the walls and ceilings are very thin. So everyone hears everything that happens everywhere - make sure your phone has a white noise app. I'd put the room experience below a good Holiday Inn but above a shady motel. All the staff was super friendly and helpful and helped make it a great experience.

Indian Rock Trail and Shawangunk Ridge are purls of Honor's Haven Retreat & Conference hotel. The hotel location is sponsoring walkers and trail lovers. The fresh and fragrant air is the unalienable gift of the hotel. The scenic view of the lake from the hotel windows is unforgettable. The breakfast buffet features gourmet food of a wide variety. The rooms are clean and cozy—dream of coming back.

The grounds of Honors are absolutely beautiful and peaceful but there are sure signs of deterioration and neglect. I could tell it was once a nice place. The facilities are quite outdated (think 80s motif) and my room was quite dinky with old furniture, carpet, and drapes (think dusty). There were even rings of water marks on the curtains from what appears to be more than one rain leak. The bathroom was in need of a remodel, obviously older than what you may see in cheap motels with a discolored white plastic shower head and tired sealants around the bathtub. The AC and heater combo were not efficient, and the motor noise kept me up at night, along with the uncomfortable bed. I had a massage from their spa but the masseur was quite creepy. Not sure if it was just me? Would not recommend the massage. It was more like a talkative mindfulness meditation than an actual massage. And not in a good way. The food is mediocre at best. For the buffet, same food was repeated daily with slightly different sauces. Think generic cafeteria food. The dining hall servers were so very polite and kind. There were two main servers- one lady and one gentleman. They really are the best part about this resort.

My stay at Honors Haven was delightful. My room was fully equipped and very comfortable to stay in. The meals were on point each and every day we were there. The pool and jacuzzi were very peaceful to be in and I can’t leave out the amazing views, trails and waterfalls in the property.

Great location. The crew members are very kind and supportive. I enjoyed a Qi Gong retreat and I can feel the benefits from the retreat (calm and relaxed) as I write this review. In addition, they have Sauna (dry and wet) and a swimming pool. Both are very clean. The teachers and Hotel support staff were kind and helpful. I already booked my next retreat coming in March.

I went here for a retreat. Perfect place for the experience! The grounds are top notch and absolutely beautiful. Room was comfortable, but it can be a little confusing trying to find it because of the two different wings of the building. Hiking trails were great and extensive. Food is adequate at breakfast but delicious at lunch and dinner with vegetarians given consideration. Great spot for a meditative experience.

This facility is a sad reflection of the former Fallsview Hotel of the past. The rooms are smallish consistent with the 1950-60 time frame in which it was built. I had a "executive room" which supposedly was upgraded. Poor lighting, deeply uncomfortable bed, small bathroom with poor lighting. A Hampton Inn is light years better. The worst was absolutely no staff. I beleaguered desk clerk checking in all guests for 2 weddings plus regular guests. No staff to help with luggage. Had to carry myself up stairs. Place supposedly includes 2 meals. Absolutely laughable. Stale bread and tasteless eggs. Poor quality offerings served buffet style. Not even packaged yoghurt. Just insulting. The prepackaged offerings of the worst Hampton Inn seem like a gourmet spread compared to this place. I only stayed there because it is actuslly the only hotel in the town. In retrospect, I would have been better off driving 20 miles and staying at a major chain motel. And the inclusive price of $300/night is just absurd for what is offered. Save money, go elsewhere. Try Mohonk Moutain House - more expensive but worth it. Or go to Resorts World Catskills for about the same and get a state of the art room for less and buy good food at reasonable prices. Just avoid this place!!
