I had stayed for 3 nights. It was pleasant stay with kids and family. Food was really nice. Rajesh who was in charge for restaurant was very accomoditive. They have separate barbeque as well to enjoy your food. The quality of food was really awesome. Suresh from reception was very supportive. Overall the very nice place to stay.

We visited this place for our summer vacation in group of 7 people. We were provided with an independent villa and suite. I must say that accommodation provided were great in every terms. The villa was specious enough and 6 people can easily get accommodated. The rooms were well furnished, with clean restrooms. We had faced certain disturbances due to construction noises due to ongoing modification work in adjacent villa which was promptly addressed. Gym was under renovation and was more of dormitory for workers. Swimming pool is decent and well maintained, The ***agement were constructing villas with independent pool and should be ready in next couple of months. The place is surrounded by beautiful mountain range which makes it even more special The staff were very polite and helpful in every terms, they are prompt on call and ready to assist you in every ***ner. The place has a decent restaurant which majorly servs continental food and will be ready to provide local dishes on de***d. Breakfast menu was disappointing and was repetitive. Dinner was decent but expensive. My recommendation will be to explore local restaurants available in the vicinity. The team did arrange for barbeque on request at moderate price. Anyone planning to consume alcohol will need to procure the same from nearby town Kalpetta as the resort doesn't have attached bar or serve alcohol. Overall it was good experience and could have been better without the construction noise, working gym and better food.

I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on ********** and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with ********** for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the ********** customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total lie when the temperature was 32 celsius at 4pm in Kerala on a summer afternoon. Terrible service and just out to con customers. Stay away from this property at all times

Food is really bland. Same b’fast on two days that we were there. No hot water and n washbasin. TV (not that we needed it) was not working. Swimming pool is like kids pool. No extra activity for kids.

Its very cute and rooms are very good. family place completely. Cottages are well maintained. we were a group to that lace in april. Our stay was so much valuable. Only 1 night stay was there for us but i recommend at least 2 to 3 nights over there.

The rooms at this place is not even close to what they show in the pictures. The place is not maintained at all. The rooms are mouldy and paint have peeled off. They also put some air freshened which will give you a head ache. We couldn’t stay there even for 5 minute and the rooms are not safe and clean for kids. The staff were not ready to give us a refund and we lost our money to these cheats.

I recently visited this place in the month of April for 4 days, It was pretty hot and humid but still enjoyed our stay in the resort, here is my review Food :- Food is excellent except for the breakfast which needs improvement, we had Kochi Valathiruchu Chicken dish and enjoyed it every day. Location :- Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and mountains, Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the games , pool is maintained well , lot of place to walk around and rooms were spacious and a individual cottages. Price :- Very reasonable and budget friendly , excellent value for money. Overall a very comfortable stay and kids enjoyed the most , service needs to improve I do understand the location of each cottage is far and travelling is challenging but need to find alternatives to improve. Special thanks to ***agement who helped me get back my Phone from the pool, this shows how much they are committed to help customer and make them comfortable.

We stayed Vythiri holiday resort for 2 night. With my friend. Our stay was amazing. Food rooms and staffs are very friendly. ***age ment and staffs are very helpful.. Hope we will be come back again. Thanks team Vythiri holiday..... Thanks alot
