I usually doesn't like to give negative reviews but this is something happened to me and my family. We were 6 people and stayed here for 2 nights (Dec 16-18, 2021). There is no restaurant inside this resort but they cook based on our requirements. We ordered 2 full grill chicken for dinner. The very same night all of us fell extremely sick. All of us were continuously vomiting and having diarrhoea throughout the night and next day morning. We informed the resort regarding our situation. There was no effort from their side atleast to provide us with some basic medication or to get a doctor. We didn't know this place. Our home is in Kochi (7 hour drive). We only went ourselves and got necessary medicines to check out on time. During check out, we discussed the situation with the ***ager. He told that the same food was served to others too and they don't have any issues. It sounded like we were cooking up stories. He was more interested in making us pay for the defected food served last night. None of us had the energy to argue. We settled the bill in full and left. Atleast out of courtesy they should have waived off the restaurant bill or reduced. Nothing was done. I don't want this to happen to anyone and ruin your complete experience like what happened to us. Our one week long trip was reduced to 3 days because of this and good thing we didn't have any kids in our trip.
