The hotel environment is very good, and the room is big enough for business travel. The breakfast restaurant on the first floor is also open for dinner. The Italian style is very delicious and not cheap. The only regret is that the 411 room I stayed in was not very soundproof🤦 But I didn’t have any problems with my friends’ rooms.

Excellent staff. Checking in is always a breeze. rooms are clean, spacious, and offers everything a business traveler needs. The restaurant on site is superb. The selections in the free breakfast are always delicious!

Facility is clean and well appointed. Room was clean and bedding new and comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed and clean however for persons with disabilities the toilet was very low to the floor. As I did not request a handicapped room I do not know if that would have been addressed in that type of room. Housekeeping has to be requested daily and we had a problem that when requested per their instructions and time frames, it was not accomplished. In an "Executive" level facility, housekeeping should be routinely provided daily. The breakfast was satisfactory however staff should ensure that foodstuffs provided should be as plentiful at the opening hours as they are at later hours. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a pleasant facility and I would recommend it to others.

The place is well kept. Looks very nice. They cleaned my room every day because I asked in the morning. Breakfast was good. Waffles was on point. Omelette station was good just wish they had spinach and sweet peppers. Stayed for 10 nights straight. Wished that had earned me a free night. Pay attention to your bill. Two people need to work in their math skills.

We have been staying at this hotel several times a year because we visit friends and family in the area. It is so so clean, and the staff is so helpful. Sometimes a little crowded with guests staying for weddings in the area, however, the atmosphere is so happy. If you become a Best Western member, good perks.
