The Hotel manager was always on site. She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I had booked the wrong dates accidentally and immediately tried to correct it with Trip Advisor. Trip Advisor was absent no help!!! The Hotel manager corrected the issue on her own and made up for what Trip Advisor did not. And Trip Advisor still charged me a cancellation fee. Highly recommended this hotel. Just call her directly.

The reviews made this sound a lot better than it was for our experience in a standard double . It was clean, but just an older Motel, very basic carpeting, old furniture, window air conditioner unit, and gas heater at the wall to the bathroom. Noise filtered through the walls. The owner was nice and helpful. There was a breakfast set out that was just fine and a small eating area. It just wasn’t that comfortable. No room to set up a writing desk or no soft chair available.

I traveled to the area for family business to the south and a family reunion to the north. I was there for two nights. The owner was very informative to events in the area. The room was super clean. Absolutely everything I needed. Frig with freezer. Ice machine. Microwave. The continental breakfast was better than many hotels. I would book directly with the property in the future. Access to the finger lakes trail is across the street. Great for a morning walk. If I had time I would have gone to the Curtis’s museum down the street.

Wow, great accommodations ! We stayed 1 night during the week as an add on to a stay elsewhere. So glad we found it! Very clean, large, comfortable rooms. Good size refrigerator was a bonus. Neeta and Dave are friendly, hospitable hosts that seem to truly care about their property. Complimentary Continental breakfast was much appreciated. Can not beat the value!

At the Vinehurst Inn we were greeted by a delightfully friendly person who handled our reservation and checkin. She was very warm and personable. Our room was clean and comfy. It was a perfect place to stay following a concert at Point of the Bluff, a little less than a ten minute drive.

Very nice charming quaint inn. The Host Needa very friendly and knowledgeable about local events. The inn is very reasonably priced and location is within ten minutes of everything in the Hammondsport area.

What a wonderful experience! We booked the Vinehurst Inn without any knowledge of the Inn or the area. Upon arrival, our host, Neeta, was a wealth of information and incredibly pleasant and wonderful to work with. The Inn was just as expected--a very clean and well maintained property and an attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed. If you are traveling to Hammondsport, I highly recommend this property.

A nicely appointed and renovated old motel. Innkeeper was very warm, friendly gratuitous, and helpful. You could tell right away that this is family owned and they take pride in their business. Directly off the main drag and close to downtown Hammondsport and the museum’s. Our queen size bedroom on the second floor was a little small, but large enough to be comfortable. There are larger rooms available. Bathroom was clean and functional. No coffee in the room, but good tasting fresh coffee in the breakfast area. Continual breakfast included hard boiled eggs along with some cereal, yogurt and various pastries. Not your typical chain hotel.

We’ve stayed at the Vinehurst for many years during Watkins Glen Race weekends, and family visits to the Hammondsport/Finger Lakes area. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The management is very friendly, easy to work with, and welcoming. All good!
