I had a lovely stay at the hotel. I was in town visiting an old friend in hospice care. I checked in late, at 11:30, no problem. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good-I found everything I wanted. Breakfast staffer was warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great views of the mountains, modern updated rooms, immaculate. Staff went out of their way for us. The snacks and bottled water gift bag is a nice touch. Breakfast was very pleasant and relaxing. Plenty of parking right at your door made settling in quick and easy.

The road to the hotel is in poor condition, rooms are outdated and the walls are paper thin. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. If you want a cheap place to rest this is your place just brings ear plugs and plan to go out for breakfast.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower pressure was good and hot. Love that the sink is separate from the shower and toilet. We stayed on the back side of the hotel which was nice. There are rocking chairs there and a view of the Smoky Mountains beautiful! It was very cold for our stay so we did not sit outside. Breakfast room was small but the staff kept all the food items filled and was very friendly. Waynesville is a nice town with lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was quick and easy. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again!
