We had a great nights stay at the LaQuinta in Kingsport Tricities. Check in went smooth and breakfast was good. Gavin was very helpful at breakfast when my mom could not figure out how to operate their toaster and when I came back down looking for ice. It is not every day you come across someone that actually seems genuinely pleased and happy to be there. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant as well.

The staff was amazing not sure of the night shift guy but made me feel very welcomed breakfeast was cold and served out of big containers like the jelly and peanutbutter were not in individual packets

Facility needs repairs and upgrades. One Front desk employee acted bothered when I asked for a pillow. Breakfast employee kept complaining that he had to this job because of other guy didn’t do it. The rest of employees were nice and helpful. I stay in La Quintal every time I go in vacation, I will not stay in this one next time.

Always stay here on my trips to NJ. Always clean and comfortable room and very efficient and friendly staff. Good hot breakfast in the morning before I head out.
