Despite the overview saying they have infant beds available; they do not. This resulted in us having to go buy an emergency playplen for our little one to sleep in.
They don't clean unless you ask the front desk - which is OK. But then when we would ask, they still didn't come and clean. And when we mentioned this to the staff/front desk, their response was "Sorry, they dont speak english very well." That doesn't make sense to me because I shouldn't have to ask the hospitality staff to do anythging, that's the job of the front desk.
We booked a "2-room suite" -- it isn't really "2 rooms", it's just a bigger suite. We were hoping it was a real 2 room so we could put our baby down in there to sleep (like she is used to) -- that is not the case. The "2-room" is just a bigger room.
