just left hotel in Webster TX . Reservation number ********. No hot water for entire stay. Night Clerk on said it is a known problem and working on a fix. At checkout...the clerk just did not say anything when we mentioned it. No notes on website or at checking telling us of the problem. It appears to be a longer issues. Bad business. If we had known at check in we could have move to another hotel. We had a total of three rooms. No hot water in any of them

We visit Houston quite often. We have tried different hotels and they have all had issues. This one was great! Fantastic breakfast, nice rooms, nice and cool in all areas of the building and great staff.

The only negative was that we booked a king suite room and when we got there, they did not have any of these rooms available! We were put in a double queen suite room. After going back down to the check-in desk, we were initially told there absolutely was not a king suite room available and that they are saved for Hilton rewards members! After I pointed to their sign that states if you are not satisfied with your stay, the night would be on Hilton, the manager found us a King suite room like we had booked! Other that this slight haste in the beginning, our stay was very comfortable and the staff is very courteous!

We stayed at the hotel as a group. Prior to check in we called and requested adjoining rooms. We were told they could oblige and the changes were made to our reservation. When we checked in we were informed that we were not staying in adjoining rooms. Lilly moved heaven and hell to make it happen for us. She could have easily said it was impossibly and we would have been none the wiser. She took extremely great care of my family through the chaos of our large crew with screaming kids and held down the front desk like a champ!

This hotel charged my card $25 without explanation because i booked thru a third party. I can't reach this hotel by phone so I have no way of getting my money back. The hotel phone number I found online doesn't connect. Don't stay at this hotel if you want to have your credit card kept safe.
