Strandhotel an der Ostsee

Das Nordic Walking, was zur Gesundheitswoche dazu gehörte, hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ein großes Lob und Dank an unsere Trainerin Jennifer. Das Frühstück war super, auch das Buffet Abends war sehr lecker. Die Getränkepreise waren etwas hoch, aber es gibt ja auch einen EDEKA ;). Die Sonnenuntergänge sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren in einer Gruppe da, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen

Die weite, friedliche Dünenlandschaft vor der Türe ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir waren während des Baltic Soul Festivals hier im Strandhotel und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommen definitiv wieder!! …………………………………………..:::::

Very nice and well-kept hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wellness offer has a very large selection and you feel very comfortable there. Important: book before you travel. Half board offers a very extensive breakfast buffet and evening buffet. There is definitely something for every taste.

A pleasantly quiet hotel on the dyke near the beach with well-kept rooms, a lovely wellness area and a cozy hotel bar. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The staff in all areas is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is perfect for walking or cycling.

Don't book expecting four stars. Our room was a real 80's model, including a dirty carpet, disgusting shower, rickety balcony and a bed made of polyester. The trendy color orange. The whole complex is characterized by excessive prices. The subtropical pool was already so full in the off-season that the fun factor was zero. The floor was extremely slippery. A large part of the staff speaks almost no German. Even in places where it would be very pleasant, such as the wellness area. The area is perfect for a walk. Given the prices for attractions, this is the better option anyway. The beach hotel has the immense advantage that the many other buildings dampen the noise from the military training area. This way, Germany can become fit for war again. At least you get used to the artillery on the beach. Not everything is bad and you can have a good time - but don't book with the expectations that the advertising creates

Good wellness and spa area We have been coming to the hotel for many years. From year to year our stays are getting more and more spoiled. In March, as a regular guest, we were put in an old room and no room requests were met. Booked two months in advance. Yes, they are currently renovating. Your Sonnenrose restaurant is getting worse and worse. Years ago we always had delicious food. Today you offer food that sometimes makes me think of a canteen. You change kitchen staff very often. You can see that if you come to your hotel three times a year. Staff who can't make an omelette or scrambled eggs at the hot counter in the morning. Waiters in the evening who hardly speak German (nothing against foreigners) but every day we had problems ordering at the table. Drinks brought incorrectly. Amounts booked incorrectly. What a pity. Finally, I would like to point out the outside area of ​​the sauna. I have pointed out the leaves several times in recent years. Verdigris in the open shower. Verdigris is unclean. The leaves can be removed. There are more in front of the wall, yes, but you can rake there weekly and then they're gone. At some point in the winter, the leaves stop growing. The leaves that were bothering us are still from the autumn. Definitely. Nothing is done. You: Mr. David Depenau then write and they pass it on. But nothing happens. Yes, I have written a lot here. Perhaps Mr. David Depenau is thinking about this and that to pamper your guests. Those who come often notice shortcomings over time. I don't mean any bad words, but I hope you can improve some things. My wife and I would be happy to visit you again. I wish the hotel a successful season.

As soon as you arrive, a sensual scent fills the living area. The room is practically furnished, with everything you need. We were delighted by the very large and level shower! The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's great that the holiday complex is always kept in good condition. Conclusion: Our expectations were exceeded! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is very nice. Located right on the Baltic Sea. Rooms have a balcony and are equipped with a table and two chairs, but you can't sit for more than 30 minutes without getting back pain. The rooms are large and bright. Very clean and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is super nice. The wellness area is great with super friendly employees. The breakfast is fantastic, with everything your heart desires. We had half board. The evening meal was tasty and filling, but it left a lot to be desired. The salad buffet was very good. The hot part was delicious. The dessert buffet, well, I've had much better. There was a sausage salad with three types of cold cuts, well. What was missing for me from one evening buffet, a cheese platter, was unfortunately not available on either evening. All in all, however, a recommendable hotel that I would go to again, although only with breakfast.

The positive: The complex offers a lot, especially for families, especially the water paradise and the jungle land, which children of course like, no question about it. And the location is top, right on the beach. There is also a lot going on all around, such as fir trees and a decorated pier. The breakfast is lavish, yes, but not really cheap if you are traveling as a family. But: The accommodations are very different. Some have not been modernized, so far so good, but the beds (mattresses) in these accommodations (AM Dorfplatz) were so soft (sagging) that you could hardly sleep in them, even if you are used to a lot. The cleanliness could also be improved. What I didn't really like were the prices for the New Year's Eve party, I didn't really understand the price / performance ratio, well, we still had a good start to the new year. What was great again was the public fireworks on the dune organized by WHS, probably one of the few in 2021/2002. That was really great and a surprise for us like no other. All in all, we had a nice vacation.
