I stayed for 4 nights - my first night was spoiled by the door next to my room leading to the lift continually being opened and closed . I spoke to Vicky in reception in the morning and she listened to my concerns . Vicky arranged for me to move to another room and dealt with my complaint in a courteous and professional manner. A credit to the Travelodge team.

My check-in was fast and easy,well maintained room and bathroom,well stocked vending machine and i slept peacefully. The breakfast was also top notch.

It's a silent, clean and practical hotel, have lovely and helpful staff and free parking, so you don't need anything more!

Its a good location and is well situated for amenities. Options for food (Mc D's, the pub or the hotel) close by plus a short drive to a big retail/leisure park.

Friendly and exceptionally co-operative staff. Nothing too much of a bother to them. Accommodation and facilities are spotless, comfortable and pleasant - especiaĺly for a budget hotel. Specially appreciated restaurant, dining and breakfast being available. Pets are most welcome which was of prime importance in our case. Most highly recommended!

Waited over 40 minutes on hold to cancel a room with just under 2 weeks notice to be told i cant be refunded, i was given a choice to book a room on the same day in 12months time which is no good as im trying to attend a specific event! 70 quid down the drain, cheers.

Don’t think it was worth the money we had paid, the food was not great quality and had issues with our room service which left our food cold, breakfast was not the best quality and was no one there to greet us, the room was very standard. The person who greeted us was very friendly though.

Excellent stay. Warm,clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent value for money. Was playing at The Castle Theatre, lovely venue, with No Jacket required the Phil Collins Tribute. Will be staying again next year.

Spotlessly clean and the rooms were comfortable. The room was very quiet considering the main road outside. Sadly other guests were not as quite. The breakfast was dry as its a buffet and sat for a while however there was lots to choose from and the staff were happy to heat the Pancakes.
