Thumbs up for the personal service of this hotel.
When I made the reservation, I made a mistake in the month due to my carelessness, and I found out that I made a mistake after paying. The reservation is non-amendable and non-cancellable as per the hotel's policy. A few hours later, through communication with the hotel through Ctrip customer service, the hotel agreed to modify it for free.

not very spacious, it says there is a pool at the hotel but you have to walk 7 minutes to get there which wasn’t very convenient as we had expected for it to be there. the customer service wasn’t great the women who delt with us didn’t know what she was doing. when we had questions we were not given answers and had to ask for the manager

On arrival reception was closed with a number to call. As we were having phone problems fortunately gentleman staying at the units made contact on our behalf. It appears that the apartments may be used for long term housing as one person we spoke to had been there for 8 months. On opening our curtains we looked into a room that looked like it had been occupied by squatters as there was rubbish in the room and onto the balcony. On arrival back on our second day at 4.30pm our room had still not been serviced and as such just got some new towels. Definitely would not recommend staying here and question some of the reviews.

Small studio apartment. Hope they put in better black out curtains. Reception was very nice.

This accommodation is cheaper than most for a reason. Whilst the reception staff are great that is where the positives end. Exiting the lift the aroma of curry in the halls hits you straight away. The rooms itself looked ok at first glance but the thick dust covering the skirting and the hairs left in the sink and on the ‘sanitised’ toilet highlight the lack of care in the place.

Clean room, bit on the small side. Room facilities were good though. Out of the main CBD and not much dining in area. Probably would stay closer to wharf next time
