What a fantastic hotel/apt studio right in the heart of Wellington CBD. For the price and amenities, it really can't be beaten. I'd paid more previously at TRYP, but this Quest location is far better. 👍 Although the room is the same size, it has far more amenities w a kitchenette, eating area, washer/dryer and toiletries. Right outside it's easy to find eateries and you're in walking distance of the cable car, the museum, shopping and sundries. Can't recommend this place enough if you want bang for your buck, and you don't plan on being in the room long. Great for layovers. P.s.- they have limited reception hours, so if you're arriving after 7pm or require assistance, this place might not be for you. Very self-service.

Nice location. Washer/dryer helpful. Next to supermarket and across from double tree and intercontinental. Room size is adequate but for those with a few luggages, it will be a squeeze. Overall very efficient but the team must be able to deliver on their respective roles eg house keeping, otherwise there is no backup if anything goes wrong.

The room is fine but access and parking is a dreadful nightmare. Be prepared to drag your cases down industrial steel fire escape stairs from the car park through other properties and for a long ,long way just to get to reception on level 4. We followed the exact instructions given to us by the hotel and it was torture. You should avoid this hotel if you have luggage or require parking. My wife is still getting over this terrible torture track to get from carpark to hotel. I may not live this one down!

The hotel is very new, with a great location. The room facilities are very complete, the sound insulation is good, and the service is quite good. I recommend it to anyone traveling to Wellington.

The pleasant herbal smell of upon entrance to the reception area was delightful. The room was spotless. The selection of teas and coffes were a treat along with delicious gourmet cookies. The kitchen was fully stocked. The management and staff were so helpful and made you feel welcomed.

Great small suite with all you need. Laundry, dishwasher etc in the room was perfect. Easy to walk to everything we wanted to see or within quick Uber range.

Wonderful accommodation in downtown Wellington. Super comfortable bed. Helpful, flexible, and highly professional hotel staff. Excellent amenities. Exceptionally clean. The best hotel experience I’ve had in a decade. Very impressive.

The facility had nice surprises, such as a washer/dryer unit in the same room and very accommodating for dropping off bags early. After hours check-in was very easy.

Comfortable luxurious and modern boutique hotel with an excellent downtown location right on Lambton Quay. Two minute walk to the cable car and near the waterfront with excellent restaurants (try Charlie Noble).

It was awsome place to walking around the CBD in Wellington. 5min to the warf, 1 10min to Te papa museum. So convenient to shopping and dining. Thank to the nice coffee at reception ;)

Perfect serviced apartment conveniently located in the heart of Welly, right next to a grocery store and the cable car. The apartment was very new, the kitchen was well equipped and best of all, it had an awesome washer and dryer. While it is downtown, it was very quiet and I couldn’t even hear my next door neighbors. The staff was very helpful as well.
