Before booking, I didn't know that Jay Chou had taken photos downstairs of the hotel. I just read the reviews saying that the location, environment and service were good. This hotel has the style of a hotel and all the conveniences of a family hotel, including cooking, washing, drying and ironing. I left in a hurry and brought a mobile phone charger. The service staff lent it to me until I left. I will lock in this hotel when I go to Wellington next time. It's great value

Personally, I really like this kind of old apartment, although the furniture is a bit old, everything else is fine. The staff are also very friendly. It's just that Ctrip is a bit inaccurate about the check-in time. The front desk working hours on Saturdays did not reach 19:00. After communicating with the hotel in advance, we checked in smoothly.

Late check-out was not an option. No additional shared amendities. Generally satisfied considered price and local being so central to waterfront.

The rooms were nice, there was a washer and dryer which was great. Nice location, easy to walk to a lot of places inc!uding the ferry terminal. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and the street noise is VERY loud.

The shop across the road from our apartment had four workers replacing the store front and using a metal grinder until after 1am. We had to call noise control who only came by 2am when we were able to sleep. We had to get up at 6am to catch our train. The staff member should check for noise when they leave the hotel at 8pm each night. The workers were seen leaving the shop as we exited at the hotel at 6.45am. Please lay a complaint with Wellington council as this would be a breach of by-laws. It was the shop adjacent to RYIOS adidas shop.
