The check in and out were easy, it is usual in New Zealand that the check in time is between 9 and 6:30. But Quest has a system that is actually easy.
The property is older, but inside the rooms are clean and nice. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions, very nice surrounding. Overall, a good place to be. This Quest location doesn't have washer/dryer in your suite.

What a wonderful, well catered for apartment!
We had an after hours pack waiting for us with very easy instructions on parking in the building across the road.Only 5 minutes drive from our ferry docking, it made a late night check in so easy.
We could not fault our stay.

VERY difficult to find. Entrance off Lambton is through a money exchange business and then reception is on the 3rd floor. Other entrance in The Terrace. Three Quests in small area and all different, reception didn't feel the need to explain how to actually find the entrance. No parking unless you want to pay an extra $25 nzd for off site parking. Room very dated, very poor cleanliness. Would not recommend to anyone.
