We spent a month at Terrace Villas to be with our daughters living there. It has been an absolute pleasure to live in the apar**ent offered to us. Both the Manager Gavin and his right-hand man Duane went the extra mile to offer us the most suitable unit, taking into account my wife's difficulty to walk. From offering extra chairs, to meeting other special little needs, they did their best to make us feel at home throughout our stay. This has been our 4th time choosing Terrace Villas for a long stay and I must say it will not be the last. Thanks again to Gavin, Duane and even the friendly cleaners for the awesome service!

Absolutely beautiful apar**ent and location. The dining area and lounge were quite spacious, the bed/mattress was great and so were the rest of the facilities in the apar**ent. I would stay here again.

We stayed in two of these apar**ents, and they were both exactly what we needed. Gavin couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was very helpful, assisted us with further booking extensions and accommodation request. The apts were clean, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The cleaners were very respectful of our privacy and accommodating too. We definitely recommend Terrace Villas.

Thank you The Terrace Villas! We used Terrace Villas accommodation as part of our relocation process. We stayed with them for a full month. The apar**ent is very spacious, warm and comfortable. The beds are amazing and so the full bathroom. It felt like a home away from home as the kitchen if fully equipped and the laundry facilities including washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. Rooms are professionally serviced weekly. Access to the city is as easy as walking down the road, with multiple pathways down to the waterfront and city center. Food and entertainment everywhere you look. We would highly recommend The Terrace Villas for any length of stay. Thank you to Gavin and the team.

After living at the terrace apar**ents for an entire year, I am incredibly sad to be leaving my lovely apar**ent! I might be biased but 2010 is the best one bedroom apar**ent! At the rear of the property, I’ve been fortunate to have a bright and sunny space with a beautiful green vista to look out onto! The apar**ents come fully equipped and are very clean, tidy and well maintained! The villas are in such a convenient location that for 11 out of the 12 months I stayed here, I did not need a car! With no more than a 5 mins walk you’re on Lambton Quay, and only 15 or so mins to Cuba Street or the Train Station! Gavin, Duane and the entire team have really made the stay something special! They are kind, welcoming and accomodating to all the needs you might have! I will 100% be staying here again on my trips back to Wellington in the future!

I stayed in Terrace Villa Apar**ents for 5months and loved it. Gavin, Duane and the cleaning staff there were amazing the whole time. I loved the rustic styled villa apar**ent; it really was a homely feeling and made my time in Wellington so much more enjoyable. The staff were really accommodating, and nothing was a problem for them, the cleaning service was also top notch (better than I have seen in 5* accommodation). I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in wellington that really does feel like a home away from home. I had such an amazing time staying at the Terrace Villas! My family and I stayed here for a few days for our winter vacation and it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious with nice living areas and beautiful windows. Some rooms serve as small apar**ents. The Villas are close to town so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The owner, Gavin, and his management are incredibly welcoming, wonderful, and accommodating. Stay at the Villas!!

We had an amazing time at Terraces- The location was great! Spacious rooms , great for short stays , has kitchen and washer and dryer. Duane the manager was very helpful and on top of making our stay special.
