Hier fehlt ein kompetenter Manager, der Qualität der Küche und zur Verfügungstellung der gutseigenen Weine im Blick hat und sich um die Kunden, die das Weingut extra wegen ihrer Weine besuchen, kümmert. Extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ein gutes Hotel würde mehr und gezielter auf den Kunden eingehen.
