Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit

Super clean, staff was excellent. No frills hotel. Water dispenser was excellent.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It runs like a well oiled machine and it is immaculate. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The sitting area couch is great and the beds are so comfy. I have always been an Hampton Inn fan but this place is the cream of the crop. Highly recommend.

We checked in after a long day at the Christmas festivities in ogunquit. I got in my pajamas and laid on my bed. After a few minutes I realized my pants were getting wet. I looked and the sheets were wet in a circle, and the fourth er down you got the wetter it was. I pulled my hand off while I was on the phone with Chris the manager and realized it was urine. The last guest had wet the bed and I had laid in it- gross. They switched us to the room across the hall. I ahead to showere to get someone else’s urine off me. Got into new dry pajamas and got into my bed again. At 9:30 we pulled out the couch so my oldest could go to sleep and the pull out bed mattress was completely bare- unmade. So again I had to cal down to the front desk so they could Bring up linens, so I could make that bed. The manager was swift in helping us. But it was not very relaxing after a long day especially when we paid over $200 to stay there for only 19 hours. I was very disappointed in the state of the room and seemingly lacking room service, and would like some sort of refund on our rate.

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. The location was in a great location. Lots of places to get local lobster nearby. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. The lobby was very pretty. Very quiet and comfortable location. I would definitely stay again.
