Nice property and facilities Charged extra after checking out for no reason Avoid

The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Very little space to put clothes or a suitcase. Would not recommend for longer than a couple of days, particularly as parking cost £15.00 a day.

I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was, the room was small but had everything we needed and a lovely view across the marshes, there is no parking but a car park opposite which was full in the daytime as everyone was out for New Years Day, luckily we went out for dinner and there was a place to park right outside.

Lovely friendly lady owner. Easy self check in. Good size bedroom with a 7ftbed fabulous.I’m disabled so bathroom large . Down stairs room. Easy access to wells as the property is at the harbour.

It was okay but if you want a full English breakfast you will not get it here because it’s only a continental breakfast which contains cereal and toast only

Quiet very close to Quay and Wells attractions. Car parking a stones through and not overly expensive

This lovely B&B is located nicely near the port and facilities in the town. The property is building is over 200 years old and retains features such as narrow and steepish staircase which maybe slightly problematic for a few. There are 8 rooms over three levels. Rooms 7 on the sevens level was spacious considering the size of the building with contemporary decor. The room didn’t have air conditioning, however, was comfortable at night with the window open and quiet considering it is next to a busy road. A big tip to offer — the NCP car park across the road from the B&B is a rip off, so park in the NNDC car park next door and half the price!

The room was ok it it was for a disabled person so can not say it it was ok hotel stay was ok for the night

Self check in went smoothly and the room was very clean, well presented. Continental breakfast had plenty of choice and Hostess was very helpful and pleasant. A very relaxed stop over whilst on our travels.
