Both times went to the pool there was a lack of towels, one time being after a birthday party had left and no towels were in the pool room.

I am mobility impaired, spinal issues, but I generally don't need much accommodation and I got none. The facilities are not up to code. The safety railings in pool and spa are too low to be of use. The toilet in my room was way lower than standard, paper unreachable, furniture all very low, even the desk chair didn't adjust. It was a room for short people- like＜ 5'2". I'm 5'6". My back was out and squating the last 4 inches was a trip to hell. I will never besmirch the ADA or building codes ever again.

Nice enough but not 5* accomodations by any means. My room had a tiny tv and two holes in the wall where the previous TV was. The wallpaper in my room was peeling in several spots.

We really enjoyed the bar inside the hotel. The bartender was great and she made delicious drinks. Nice atmosphere and good way to relax. Really fun!

Hot tub out of service. Was the reason for staying there and it was broken.
