Had one of the beautiful new tower rooms. The view was amazing! Saw a rainbow. So lovely to wake up each morning with the gorgeous sunrise, hearing the chirping birds, and the waves lapping. The shower was very roomy with nice hot water, and the bed was super comfy. Didn’t want to leave this morning, so read my book for a while on the gorgeous balcony. The Drowns have done fantastic work renovating the facility. Look forward to my next stay.🥰

Stayed 5 nights, 3 days in a row, our beds were not made. We also did not receive clean towels for 2 days in a row (had to go to the lobby desk and ask for new towels). Always saw at least 3 housekeeping people on our floor and yet they were always busy cleaning rooms that were already vacated, never ours. ????? I have stayed at the Terrace Bay one other time (last year and this year), doubt that I will be staying there next year.

I stayed in the new tower on the fourth floor. The room was beautiful and the view was wonderful 😁 I never closed the shades and woke during the night to look at the moon. I never left the facility. I spent time in the pool area and hope that is on you list to renovate. The pool just had ladders and I can’t get out with them. I ate at the restaurant there and loved the food.

We had an old crusty wash cloth hanging in bathroom shower. We didnt see it til we took a shower in morning. Did let the frint desk know. Could have been swept better. Crumbs were on the floor. Outside deck cover needs to be painted. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not the best..Resturant was good .

Peaceful, quiet newly renovated King room with a beautiful view of the lake, very friendly and attentive staff and a rockstar restaurant which blew us away with the seafood risotto we had. We will be back - thank you Terrace Bay! After dinner we sat outside and played cards- beautiful night!
