ARK Wembley

Location is great with shops open from super early till almost midnight. Half hour by tube to Westminster. The people at the reception were friendly upon arrival, but couldn't be bothered showing basic hospitality manners upon checkout unfortunately. That's why I will give my findings below: While the room itself was good, the crack in the window, always resetting aircon temp to 28c, a very very loud bathroom fan stuck in the on position, a loose cupboard door falling down on the floor did do quite a dent in the experience. Sounds coming from the hallway are quite loudly hearable in the room which is exceptionally annoying when people think it's okay to slam a door shut at 6AM as they're leaving. You can also hear the neighbour take a shower. A couple stains on the wall and one missing clothing hanger I consider as normal damage by usage. Nothing was dirty or in super bad condition and the small kitchen was great to have. A separate coffee machine would do a bonus on the experience!

We chose this property because it looked very cozy, stylish, and beautifully decorated in the photos. In fact, we selected it over several nearby hotels that were cheaper, specifically because of the atmosphere and design shown online. However, upon arrival, we realized that the room did not match the photos at all. It felt more like student accommodation rather than the cozy and aesthetic space we expected. There was no decoration presented in the listing. When we contacted Trip.com, their team immediately stepped in and handled all communication and negotiations with Ark. Unfortunately, the property itself was not willing to resolve the issue properly at first. I truly appreciate Trip.com’s efforts as they consistently tried to help and support us throughout the situation. Honestly, if we had booked directly with the hotel, I doubt anyone would have responded or attempted to assist us. Only the next day, the hotel informed us they could “decorate” the room. We were required to leave the room so they could fix the issue caused by the incorrect listing. The result was still far from what was shown in the photos. Despite the inconvenience, Ark did not offer any compensation. Trip.com kindly offered Trip Coins as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciate, especially since they were trying to resolve a problem created by the hotel itself. On the fourth day, housekeeping arrived. We asked them to return in 30 minutes so we could prepare and leave the room while cleaning was done. After waiting outside for over an hour, we came back only to find that the room had not been cleaned at all. When we informed the staff, they offered to clean it immediately, which again forced us to leave the room because it was very small. During our stay, we had to leave the room multiple times so the hotel could address issues that should never have happened in the first place. We paid to stay comfortably in the room, not to repeatedly wait outside while problems were being fixed. Even after room cleaning it wasn’t properly cleaned. Another surprising detail was the very limited provision of basic amenities. We were given only one roll of toilet paper for two people for four days (until housekeeping). When we asked for additional rolls, we were told that we needed to go down to the reception each time to request a new one. Even after all these inconveniences, Ark did not offer any compensation or assistance. There was also no help with luggage at any point during the stay. Before booking, I recommend considering these points carefully.

Stayed at ARK Wembley and honestly… what a vibe 🔥 The place was spotless from start to finish – super clean, cosy, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space 👌🏾 The gym was just as impressive – clean, well-equipped, and efficient if you’re trying to get a quick session in 💪🏾 What really stood out for me though was the co-working spaces and the cookhouse… absolutely amazing. Perfect balance of productivity and chill, whether you’re working, cooking, or just vibing out 🧑🏾💻✨

Great stay. Easy to navigate to. Has cooking amenities within the rooms and a great location.

Good clean room. Very comfortable room size. Location is around 10 minutes walk from the tube station and Wembley Stadium. Nice hotel!

Though the rooms lack a lot of the decor you see from the hotels' own photos you get used to it after some time. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Room's window looks over a nearby building project. Though there was quite big a stain on the sofa (possibly oil stain from food) which I avoided going near. Kitchen utensils are there though the wiping cloth and sponge look used and dehydrated. If you get this for good price we'll it's good enough.

Clean and tidy room with cozy interior design

Stayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets. Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided. Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
