My stay at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Stadspark was pleasant and met basic expectations. The location was convenient. The room was clean and functional. The staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was a decent hotel for a short stay.

Day of wellness was quite disappointing, The whirlpools usually did not work and there was a dirty brown sludge on the bottom. Very basic wellness center, with little atmosphere for that extra relaxed feeling. For every snack and drink you have to go up the stairs (only hotel guests with 'normal clothing' are allowed to use the elevator) and then there is a very small part of the restaurant for the wellness guests so that the hotel guests cannot see you, did not feel very welcome. Price quality ratio far below standard.

Veel te kleine badkamer( de deur blokkeert een normaal gebruik van de badkamer) en geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken te laten drogen ( 2 haakjes) De kamer: de bedden schuiven gewoon uit elkaar. Kamers hebben niet voldoende verlichting. Het eten: geen negatieve opmerkingen, Personeel: zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam De Bar: op zaterdag ging alles dicht om 22 uur!! Zojuist terug van een high tea bij jullie. Waar je 55 euro voor 2 pers voor betaald. De beloofde clotted cream en marmelade : dit was gewone slagroom welke na 3 min soep was en de marmelade hebben we niet eens gezien Seizoenssoep: tomaat: hij was prima: maar als je het hebt over seizoens soep dan is dit toch echt asperge soep momenteel. Luxe broodjes vis en vlees hebben we helemaal niet gezien. Toen we na meer dan een uur gingen vragen of er nog een broodje vis kwam werd er gezegd dat dit ipv het broodje kip kerrie was..... best bijzonder. Waarom wordt er dan gesproken over broodjes.... De zoete lekkernijen zijn gewoon weg eenvoudig te noemen. Dit alles waar je 27.5 per persoon voor betaald is echt belachelijk.

The hotel is magnificent, however our check-in was not great. In fact, the receptionist couldn't find my reservation, then for access to the sauna he asked us to come back even though it was 5 p.m. - well, not very professional. The rest of the staff were great, the restaurant delicious and the breakfast fabulous. The wellness was really good, not too crowded and very varied in terms of saunas.

Hotel very well located, not very far from the center of the old town and very close to the magnificent lake. The view from the room is very pretty. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is appetizing and the tables offer a magnificent view of the lake. the rooms had recently been renovated. very nice, especialy the italian walk-in shower. the tiles were very classy and the floor was beautiful and it wasn't slippery at all, which we appreciated. the renovation and airco working wasn't finished, although it was indicated that the inconvenience would have been gone before our stay. and so we had no airconditioning and there was some noise. it was unpleasant, but we survived.
