Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was always wearing a mask. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, as someone who doesn’t eat meat all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit cups (packaged in syrup). Bagels or toast would have been nice but I understand it’s a free service. Had to sign up for pool use due to Covid, so we couldn’t use the pool the first night but it was very nice to have it all to ourselves during our time slot we signed up for.

We awarded this hotel four out of five stars because of the staff and the value for money. Firstly Diana ,was superb, she welcomed us in to the hotel and explained the many features available, I was surprised to learn she was back on duty again early the following morning. Yet again she was cheerful, polite and attentive a great representative for the hotel. Given the price we decided to order two rooms with adjoining doors, this gave us the best of both worlds. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom whilst small was adequate and the bath/shower combo worked well. The lighting inside the bathroom was terrible, so dim. The toiletries were of good quality and well stocked with two of each item. The rooms could do with an upgrade, they felt dated, no usb charging sockets and a fresh look to the carpets and color schemes would be beneficial. Breakfast was good with a fine selection of hot and cold offerings, similarly parking was easy and plentiful.

Great value for the price. Located right downtown within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a big bonus was the electric vehicle charger out front. The hotel was clean and every staff we encountered was very very friendly and nice. The hot tub and pool were clean as were the rooms. The breakfast was barely edible, lukewarm sausage and biscuits and gravy. Very disappointing. I was worried I would be sick from it not being held at proper hot holding temps. I would skip breakfast here next time but would return.

The stay was great.
The breakfast was kept stocked and hot! The pancake maker was on the fritz, but everything else was delish!
The night gal was GREAT!! Very helpful and friendly!! We discovered the Keurig machine in our room didn't work when we got there and she quickly found us a replacement for it!
I wish we would've been notified that the pool was out of order, my 10yr old was REALLY looking forward to that.
The shampoo and conditioner are laughably small, but I get it. Luckily there was more than one set in our bathroom.
Very quiet rooms, we didn't hardly hear anyone else in the building!
