整體住下來感受還是很好的衛生很乾凈，樓道整潔，房間設備齊全，衛生間也很乾凈，用品不是那種一包一包的，房間也沒有異味，除了衛生間花灑漏水以外沒啥大問題，個人旅租老闆娘很熱情，也很好說話，電動車也可以充電，沒有電梯但是樓層不高也沒啥大問題，吃的方面就很方便了，樓下就有燒烤店，超市，馬路對麪就是桂林洋農貿市場，海南有的水果幾乎都能買到，還有夜市街，附近還有大學城盒子夜市，天鵝湖公園，出門也方便，進市區有公交直達，離機場也很近，重點是價格還不貴，從地理位置以及價格上來說五星推薦入住。最後提一點小建議1，住兩天以上可以提醒一下客人刷房卡，不然就會像我們一樣來回跑好幾趟2，現在天氣熱洗不了冷水澡，水都是熱的，這個有沒有解決辦法呢3，可以加個加壓水泵，水壓不夠，感覺水太小了（不是托）
