樑燕管家非常貼心，酒店內所有的服務人員都超級熱心，海南人民也都很好，酒店內設施比較老了，房間裏燈和插頭有的都壞了，浴室門沒法全關上，導致廁所很多水，硬件一般，好在服務不錯👍
