一家三口加孩子爸爸的弟弟一起來海南旅遊，第一天從海口下飛機租車直接到海拓瀾灣公寓，我們也是第一次住公寓，覺得還不錯。 服務挺好，服務人員專門到大門口接我們，安排車輛停放，帶我們去房間，給我們介紹附近吃玩的地方，服務員大姐是我們東北人，人很好。 附近有海鮮市場，大排檔，賣水果和小吃攤，但是不多，4家賣水果的，海鮮和水果不便宜。 公寓環境嘛，整體還可以，兩室兩衞有廚房能做飯，房子有點老，房間跟三星級老酒店的感覺，開門看海景，但是海風大，浪大，這個地方不適合下海游泳。我們兩個卧室，其中一個卧室空調壞了，這個季節晚上室外温度10度，屋裡沒空調覺得特別冷。 園區風景和綠化很好，可能是我們東北的綠植沒有這的綠植茂盛和稀奇好看吧，我覺得這的綠化特別好呢。 入住特別方便，攜程訂房，入住不需要辦理登記等手續，退房也是很簡單，把鑰匙放在屋裡直接走就行了。兒子來的時候就感冒，半夜發燒又聯繫服務人員問詳細地址，服務人員很周到跟我講述買葯等事宜，孩子流鼻血弄臟了床單和枕頭，我很愧疚，退房前特意説了下這個事情，服務人員爽快的説，沒事兒，不用管，你們直接走就行了，這解了我一大憂患。 整體好評。
