There was a broken glass in the corner of the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Environment: Backed by mountains, the air was pleasant, but the hotel is underdeveloped. There were few recreational facilities, and not much to do. Service: The housekeeper was nice, but not very attentive, and their service awareness was poor. Two half-full coffees: The barista had his own temper. My morning coffee seemed half-asleep and grumpy, and his attitude was poor and unfriendly. These issues can be addressed through training and development. Cons: The shower dripped and ran unpredictably. It suddenly ran out when I wanted to shower, but it worked when I didn't. It was really frustrating to have the water suddenly run out in the middle of a shower. The team management was lacking, unprofessional, and in need of training. Breakfast consisted of only rice noodles and fruit, with very few options, which is a negative review. The room smelled after it was newly renovated.
