十分臟，基本衹換了床上用品，且床上用品也不是很乾凈，有污漬洗不掉的被單還在循環使用，每個抽屜都有上個顧客留下的**沒有處理，衞生間排風扇很臟很臟，馬桶反味，洗手盆反出來臭腳丫子的味道，很**，紗窗固定，玻璃窗鎖不上，樓下是大排檔，就算是內側的房間也很吵，各種收拾東西聽聽哐哐的，晚上狗叫早上雞鳴，下樓一路的**桶發酵了一晚上，臭氣熏天，店家五一漲價一倍不止，怎麼基礎工作不坐一下，賺錢不熟這麼賺的好吧

位置很好。離要去的地方很近，樓下烤魚一條街，吃也很方便，樓裏環境不好，但是在這個位置已經很不錯了，沒敢洗澡，如果想要住的舒服最好住離工業園遠的地方，

把大床房換了個標間，前台客服沒有退差價，説都不退的。房間整體比較小，被子感覺有點潮，如果衹是路過借宿可以考慮，價格還優惠的。早餐有提供。

睡眠淺的建議別住了，外面就是烤魚一條街凌晨三四點了吵吵嚷嚷的，還有拖拉機聲音，其中有個前台女生態度特別差，反正有這個錢不如去定連鎖酒店
