老闆娘很熱情，因為第一次去温嶺完搞不清當地的交通，老闆娘很熱情告訴我怎麼打車坐景區公交，到了名宿還會提前告訴我當地必玩景區，超奈斯~回來的時候還送了我和朋友一個自己彩繪的石頭。

好評！房間很寬敞，非常乾淨，傢俱也大方，衞生間裝修也新，樓下幾十米的衚衕裏吃早點、快餐炒菜、海鮮麪條、海鮮年糕，都20元吃好，樓下附近理髮25元，步行幾百米可以到海邊看大海，打車去景點約15分鐘費用15元-20元。房東非常熱情，有什麼事直接打她電話或微信聯繫，房東也可以介紹景點和導遊。看到街面上的人很少，説是都出海打漁去了。温嶺的景點基本上都在石塘。住在景點可能吃飯購物不方便，住在人口密集區又缺少大自然氛圍，所以我喜歡介於兩者中間之間的位置。

民宿老闆很熱情，應該是自家的居住房改造的，房間乾淨，不大有點擠，每層樓有兩個房間，但衹有一個衞生間，男女混住的話就很不方便了，地點靠近海邊，交通方便，民宿在小區裏面，老闆不出來接很難找到，沒有免費停車場，停在公共停車場，每天收費20元。
