BLOSSOM HOUSE BORTALA,XINJIANG

The room was fantastic! It was a private villa with two pools, one outdoors and one in the bathroom. Both were spacious enough to comfortably fit three or four adults. My parents, who are frequent hot spring-goers, immediately recognized the familiar sulfur smell when they turned on the hot spring water and raved about it. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while it was snowing was incredibly relaxing. The complimentary goodnight milk was also a nice touch. And they even had yak meat and matsutake mushrooms for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious!

I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous! The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time. The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter. Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.

Not close to Sayram Lake, but a must-visit in Wenquan County! The environment is superb! The service is also excellent, they have everything you need~ It would be even better if the family suites came with Luquan tickets too!

The environment is excellent, the service is superb, and the room service is great. The restaurant food is also very good. Aside from the slightly inconvenient transportation, everything else is impeccable. Personally, I think it's one of the best hotels in Xinjiang in terms of service.

We visited Sayram Lake and stayed overnight in Wenquan County. We chose this hotel for its hot springs. The hotel facilities were excellent, clean, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Special thanks to Xiao Su and Aman for their excellent service.
