服務超好👍有專屬管家，飯菜也很好吃都是新疆特色美食。環境優美舒適，想住進來雪山腳下的森林裏麪，非常的安靜私密性很好.騎馬也很好玩.是一個想反覆多次打卡的酒店，很推薦以後會再來的.

真的是國內野奢天花板了，服務真的超級好，都是少數民族管家，熱情且非常專業，尤其細節做的非常到位，給予了我們很高的情緒價值，足以看出老闆是花了很多心思的，從賽里木湖出發就聯繫好了管家，自駕可以通過管家定位導航過去，快到酒店的時候有一段路是土路，開越野車非常有感覺，到了營地之後有當地特色歡迎儀式，真的很驚喜！深刻感受到管家團隊的熱情。營地自己養的兩條狗狗真的很有靈性，超級温順。雖然現在是淡季，但是推開就能見到美景的落地窗深得我心，推窗便是美景，下次還會來！餐食絕對是超出預期的。房間乾淨很舒心。

不得不説，新疆頂奢就是頂奢，酒店很美，選址很絕，從賽湖過去半個小時也很方便。重點説一下服務，不是單純的好而已，是用心，讓我深刻感受到除了專業之外新疆人的美好和善良。非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

酒店在人跡罕至的大山深處。絕對是新疆户外野奢酒店的天花板了。硬件設施和服務看得出來是精心培訓的，基本是和國際標準接軌的。感謝艾力，佳琪，還有其他的工作人員。讓我們和AK渡過了難忘的三天。期待再次見到你們！
